Renaissance Parents Of Success (RPOS), a Non-Profit Organization with a proud history of serving thousands of men and women of all ages for 18 plus years. We were created for the express purpose of developing and providing comprehensive economic programs for un-wed teens, disadvantage youth and adults in San Francisco's distressed Bayview Hunter's Point community. Today we have expanded, reaching youth and adults in other SF Bay Area neighborhoods that are distressed. Through our Employment Workshops we assist and prepare our clients with job obtainment, maintenance and advancement. We are working hard at building our youth confidence. We are serving both high risk youth and emancipated foster youth. Our programs are designed to positively impact academic and vocational achievement, enhance and develop soft and life skills. We offer our youth a variety of activities such as; art/music culture, book club and theatre. All activities are designed to create independence.
